Service Guarantee Exclusions: The following circumstances are not covered under our service guarantee:

a) Standard nail polish applications.

b) Services that deviate from our standard procedures, such as applying fewer coats than recommended or making the nails exceedingly thin.

c) Failure to attend a scheduled repair or redo appointment.

d) Rescheduling a repair or redo appointment with less than 24 hours' notice.

e) Scheduling a fix more than 14 days after the initial service date.

f) Rescheduling appointments more than three times.

g) Requesting a redo or repair following a previous redo.

h) Removing the nail set without notifying us about any issues.

Redo and Repair Protocols:

a) A service redo must maintain the same color, shape, and length as the original. Any changes will incur regular service charges, but with a discount (only guaranteed for 7 days post-original service).

b) If you are unsatisfied with the appearance or quality of your nails, please notify our desk or technician immediately. If addressed at the time of service, redos or repairs are free. However, if you notify us after leaving the salon, a discount will apply for your next service.

c) Issues such as nail breakage, lifting, or color peeling will be addressed free of charge, provided the original service date is within the past 14 days. Note: Custom nail prices can vary based on design complexity, technique, and technician time. Prices on our website are starting rates. Always consult with your technician about final prices before commencing the service.

 Refund Policy:

a) Gift card purchases are final and non-refundable.

b) Service fees are non-refundable. B-REWARD RESTRICTIONS Reward points are accumulated based on whole-dollar expenditures on eligible items (e.g., a $5.25 purchase earns 135 points). Savings from percentage discounts are capped at a service value of $100 per customer per transaction. Sales taxes and redemption values are not considered purchases and do not accrue points.

No-Show Policy Definition: A “No-show” is defined as: Failing to appear for a scheduled appointment. Canceling an appointment with less than 12 hours' notice. Consequences of No-shows: They prevent other clients from securing that time slot. They waste the time of our technicians and staff. Avoiding No-Show Status:

a) Confirm your appointment in advance.

b) Arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled time.
