Lilly is amazing! I am so thankful I got her for my technician!! Not only did she make my nails and toes beautiful, she gave me the full massage and hot stone experience. It was so wonderful, especially since I have fibromyalgia with leg and arm issues. I walked out feeling the best I have in months. I would recommend Lilly for her mail skills as well as massage skills! She is an artist and a healer! So happy with my first experience here! I will be telling everyone I know about Lilly!

Great experience! The staff was kind and welcoming, and Ethan was exceptional. As he went along, he made sure everything was to my daughter’s liking, and even showed 2 options of a French tip to make sure she was happy with how it would turn out. She is very pleased with her nails, they look amazing!

It was great to see some familiar faces at your salon! Some amazing nail techs I’ve known for years. My girl did a great job on my nails. She seemed to be rushed towards the end as there was a gentleman standing behind her and appeared to be rushing her. It was closing time so I’m sure they had somewhere to go, but he could’ve waited to the side for her instead of standing over her shoulder which seemed to add pressure to her. I did have to file my nails when I got home because my edges were ridged and sharp. But other than that they look great! They are smooth and the color is even.

This was my first time at BNails. It is the best nail salon I’ve ever been to! Exceptional and friendly customer service from the staff. I also love there are no tvs all over, so I can just relax. I am a nanny, being, on my feet all day. My Nail Tech was Lilly, she is the best!! She is super friendly, kind and she gave me an amazing hot stone massage and pedicure!! 10 stars for Lilly, I left feeling like a new person. Thank you Lilly!

Nancy was absolutely wonderful! The service was meticulous and just what I needed. I've tried many nail salons for gel pedicures in Amarillo, and this one is by far the best! I'll definitely keep coming back. The place was spotless and well-organized, making it a cozy and perfect spot for a relaxing pedicure.

My daughter had her nails done for homecoming and this was the first time in as long as I can remember that she left a nail salon and was absolutely in love with her nails! Ethan did an amazing job, her nails were beautiful. The size and shape of the acrylics was perfect, and the polish and design were so pretty. He was very attentive to detail, and she could not be more pleased. All service was amazing, we were made to feel very welcome, and all our questions were answered with kindness. Will definitely be coming back!

Mike is THE BEST!!! You can never go wrong with him as your tech. I told him one time how I wanted my nails & He knew EXACTLY what I meant & what I was asking for. He shaped my nails exactly like I like them!!! He is SUPER friendly!

Paulina was amazing. This was our first experience here. My daughter loved how she explained everything she was doing. She took her time and was so patient with her. She took her time to make recommendations that she felt would be best for her nails! Overall she had an amazing experience!

She was awesome. This was the best French tip I have ever gotten on my feet. And the color and shape of my nails on my fingers is amazing. She took her time and made sure I was okay with everything and that all my needs were satisfied. 10/10 for sure
